The Amalfi Collection was very much inspired by “il dolce far niente,” an Italian phrase that (roughly) translates to “the sweetness of doing nothing.” It’s a mindset that Italians have truly mastered—savoring each and every moment, slowing down, and letting time go by without worrying about what’s next. We hope that the ritual of lighting our candles will encourage you to do the same.
"To create both fragrances, I drew from my scent memories of the Amalfi Coast. For Positano, it was the bittersweet zestiness of an aperol spritz that I enjoyed al fresco at a hotel as the sun set. For Capri, it was the salty seaside breeze and my first taste of a lemon granita—an icy, refreshing reprieve from the summer heat."

With the help of our perfumers, we translated those memories into two incredible scents that perfectly capture the essence of an Italian summer.
Positano is a refreshing cocktail of Italian citrus with a splash of orange bitters. You’ll also find subtle notes of blooming wisteria and red rhubarb, with ambered sandalwood and warm moss serving as a nod to the sun-soaked coastline.
Capri is a bright and effervescent scent that we sometimes refer to as “Acqua di Limone.” It has zesty notes of Italian lemon and ripe yuzu, paired with coastal sea salt, mineral amber, and bitter amaro liqueur.
Like every scent we launch, Positano and Capri have a truly transportive quality. When you close your eyes, you’re immediately able to envision the place that inspired each fragrance—even if you’ve never been to Italy.
