What is a Hotel Lobby Candle subscription?
Can't get enough of your HLC favorites? When you sign up for an HLC subscription, any items you subscribe to will be automatically billed and shipped to you as frequently as you would like. You can sign up to receive your products either every month or two months and receive a 20% discount.

When will my subscription be delivered?
You will receive a email confirmation 3 days prior to your subscription order being processed. Once your subscription order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation followed by tracking information once it ships.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, login to your account and select "Cancel Subscription" and choose the reason.
