Love this candle! I've been wanting to try this brand and I am not disappointed!

I never dreamt a candle could be so exciting but Island is just dreamy. I love all of the scents so far, I highly recommend the either of the City Sets... The burn time plus the lasting effects of the aroma makes this a 5 Star, last brand of candle I will ever buy! Thank you Samantha for turning me on to Hotel Lobby Candles!!

I don't know if I associate this scent with island life, but it does smell amazing. Almost like pistachio mixed with vanilla and some floral. It is strong, but not overpowering. I am loving this candle and now want to try more scents.

So I’m gonna start this out with this, I LOVE HLC candles. Like obsessed, have a different scent in every room. I’ve been loving them so much and was so bummed i missed the road show that I decided oh let’s make a date night and go make candles. Well let me just save you the time, the frustration and the almost spat between you and your significant other with this. JUST skip that idea and BUY HLC. Don’t think you can go and be Lindsay and Matt because you can’t, no one can. I can pretty much make anything. I could not mix the blend of a scent of a candle. I was going for a NY meets island vibe and let’s just say maybe that wasn’t the vibe. I ran home and instantly lit my island candle. NY on my nightstand. If I wasn’t already obsessed I will now be forever obsessed because the heart and soul you guys have to put into making these candles the magic they are AND still be married. There are no words! You officially have all the mic drops, all the yep we did that. Thankfully I didn’t come home all the way defeated because I had my prized possession of candles to come home to. Learn from me. You cannot create the essence of island in a candle shop, the quality isn’t there. The tools aren’t there. The vessels aren’t chic. You don’t get a room key. And you don’t get a box that is just the best addition to the already perfect candle. Put the effort into *add to cart* and get a HLC delivered to your front door. There’s no better date night then a date night in or post dinner out then lighting your favorite candle and letting it burn. Just save the money on a night out crafting. That is all. I’m just here to show my appreciation to detail and the level of detail that I didn’t even realize there was. There hasn’t been a HLC I haven’t loved. I’ve not smelled one maybe 2 but I guarantee I’ll love them.

While I haven't actually burned this, the cold throw is wonderful and perfect for summer/vacation/beach house. I realized I needed a host gift for someone I was staying with for a few days, and when I realized I had an unopened Island, I immediately put it in my suitcase for her and ordered myself a new one. Can't wait to light it!
