During the summer of 2023, we sent out a survey to 500 loyal candle snobs in an effort to learn a bit more about what our customers wanted to see from HLC.
The survey included a list of 10 new product categories, along with a simple request: rank these items from 1 to 10, based on what you hope we’ll launch next.

We were relieved to see that the number 1 most requested product (by far) was a discovery set of small candles—because we had already been hard at work on it. We hope you love this new offering as much as we do.

Great candles, difficult to get out of packaging

Love the scents, only complaint is the packaging, it's really difficult to pull the votives out of the case. They are packed so tightly in there so with each one I ended up inadvertently smashing my thumbnail into the wax which left a big divot in each and wax under my nail. If this was a gift to someone on the older end of the age spectrum I can see them being frustrated trying to remove the candles if they have any kind of arthritis.
